Shipping and Returns

Payment
All payments are made through the secure paypal system of payment. Paypal is a global; leader in on-line payments - it has over 100 million accounts worldwide. Paypal enables you to send a payment safely, easily and quickly. It uses the best commercial encryption technology.

Postage Costs
A postage charge of £7.95 will be added  to cover carrier costs.

Outside UK
All items can be posted to addresses outside of the UK. Please contact us for a quote on the postage costs.

Dispatch
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or carrier with a recorded delivery service of 1-2 days (please allow up to 5 working days)

Damages and shortages
Any damage to goods and any shortages in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. The company shall not be under any liability in respect thereof if no such notice is received.

Goods Return
We only accept damaged items returned if prior notice has been sent. A replacement will be dispatched once we receive the goods and they are inspected. Any unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging for credit on their account.

Warranty
All items come with a full 12 month warranty. Any goods going faulty must be returned to us for a replacement or repair. This does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
